Sweepstakes Period: “AT&T/SEC: Where Legends Live” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 AM EST on September 5, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on November 18, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Please refer to Random Drawing Table in Rule 1 for prizes and schedule of drawings.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of AT&T Mobility, LLC (“Sponsor”), Vibes Media, LLC, Velocity Sports & Entertainment, The Allstate Sugar Bowl, The FedEx Orange Bowl, The Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, The Bowl Championship Series and participating members: Atlantic Coast Conference; Big East Conference; Big 10 Conference; Big 12 Conference; Conference USA; Mid-American Conference; Mountain West Conference; Pac-10 Conference; Southeastern Conference (SEC), Sun Belt Conference; Western Athletic Conference; University of Notre Dame, IMG College, Fox Broadcasting Company and Samsung and affiliated employees (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), along with their family members, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and their advertising, Sweepstakes and production agencies are not eligible to enter.

There are two ways to enter this Sweepstakes:

Text Message: During the Sweepstakes Period, send the word "SEC" to 567890 from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. Once you send the text message, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes and receive a menu of services and other options for the chance to submit additional entries into the Sweepstakes via text messaging.

Any message sent to 567890 will count as one entry in the Sweepstakes. This includes voting in the All-Time Greatest Team tournament, participation in the SEC Matchup Challenge and trivia, receipt of SEC text alerts and downloading of SEC ringtones, graphics and other content. Votes received online in the SEC All-time Greatest Team tournament will not count as sweepstakes entries.

All entrants must have a two-way text messaging capable handset in order to enter the Sweepstakes using the text messaging method. Entrants will be charged their text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms in their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas.

Online Method: Complete an online entry form at http://www.textrules.com/secwherelegendslive/SweepsForm.aspx. All entries, regardless of method of entry must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human errors that may occur in the processing of entries. Incomplete, duplicate, mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. There are no limits to the number of entries per person regardless of method of entry.

Random Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted for all prizes on the date listed in the Random Drawing Table in Rule 1, from all eligible entries received. Prize drawings will be conducted by Vibes Media, LLC whose decisions shall be final and binding, as the administrator of this Sweepstakes.

Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive: (i) round-trip Coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to Atlanta, GA; (ii) two (2) tickets to the SEC Championship game on December 6, 2008 (“Game”), (iii) two (2) tickets to the SEC FanFare on December 5-6, 2008 in Atlanta, GA; (iv) 3-day, 2-night hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room) in the vicinity of the Game (“Hotel”) from Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 7 (v) ground transportation to/from airport and Hotel; and (vi) $300 American Express Gift Card. The winner will also receive: (vii) round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to host city of BCS game SEC champion plays in; (vii) two (2) tickets to that BCS game (“Game”), (ix) 3-day, 2-night hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room) in the vicinity of the Game (“Hotel”), (x) ground transportation to/from airport and Hotel; and (xi) $300 American Express Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,000 (actual value may vary based on travel dates and winner's point of departure).

First Prize: One (1) first prize winner will receive: (i) round-trip Coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to Atlanta, GA; (ii) two (2) tickets to the SEC Championship game on December 6, 2008 (“Game”), (iii) two (2) tickets to the SEC FanFare on December 5-6, 2008 in Atlanta, GA; (iv) 3-day, 2-night hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room) in the vicinity of the Game (“Hotel”) from Friday, December 5 to Sunday, December 7 (v) ground transportation to/from airport and Hotel; and (vi) $300 American Express Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of First Prize is $2,500

Second Prize: Five (5) Samsung handsets (model TBD at Sponsor’s discretion), Five (5) $50 AT&T gift cards. ARV of second prize package is $300/ea.

Third Prize: Ten (10) $25 SECStore.com gift cards

Total ARV of all prizes is: $9,250

Any difference between approximate value and actual value of the trips will not

be awarded in cash. All travel expenses and incidentals not specified herein

shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Terms and conditions of American Express gift cards and SECstore.com gift cards will apply. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute grand prize with another of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded “as is”. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades or frequent flyer mileage accrual. Winner and guests (or parent/legal guardian if a guest is a minor under the law of his/her jurisdiction of residence) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Winner and guests must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel. Round trip travel for the SEC Championship Game must take place between December 5, 2008 and December 7, 2008. Round trip travel for the BCS Game must take place between January 1, 2009 and January 13, 2009. The 2009 Rose Bowl Gameis excluded from the First Prize package. Exceptions cannot be made regarding extending the validity date of the prize and use. Winners and their travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. If Winner is a minor under the law of his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent/legal guardian must accompany him on the trip. Grand and first prize winners and respective guests are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. If the SEC Championship Game or the BCS Game is cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed, in whole or in part, Sponsor has no obligation to prizewinner, other than to provide the trip as described above. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for missed events as a result of flight cancellation or delays. Lost or stolen airline tickets will not be replaced.

If you send your entry via text message, prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the phone number from which the text message originated. If you send your entry via online entry, prize will be awarded to the name on the entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile telephone number/email address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses, telephone numbers or wireless phone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number/email address or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, as applicable. Prizewinner will be notified by text message or telephone within one (1) business day after the drawing and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If any prize is not claimed within five (5) business days of notification, or if any potential winner does not meet eligibility criteria, an alternate winner will be selected. Upon disqualification, no compensation will be awarded. Prize won by a minor in any state where the age of majority is not 18 will be awarded to such minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation. Federal, state and local taxes, including completion of Form W-9 tax, and any and all other expenses related to the acceptance or use of any prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Additional Terms. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or submission of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. The user identified by his wireless service provider’s billing system for any given wireless number used to enter by sending a text message will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. In the event any technical errors occur in the selection of winners and more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided herein, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entrant's Personal Information: Any entry information collected from the promotion shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry and with these Official Rules. The entry information is shared with Vibes Media, LLC for the sole purpose of the selection of and notification to winners, and fulfillment of the prizes.

Miscellaneous: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting prize, winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that Sponsor, their affiliates and agents and Vibes Media, LLC, Velocity Sports & Entertainment, The Allstate Sugar Bowl, The FedEx Orange Bowl, The Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, The Bowl Championship Series and participating members: Atlantic Coast Conference; Big East Conference; Big 10 Conference; Big 12 Conference; Conference USA; Mid-American Conference; Mountain West Conference; Pac-10 Conference; Southeastern Conference (SEC), Sun Belt Conference; Western Athletic Conference; University of Notre Dame, IMG College, Fox Broadcasting Company and Samsung and affiliated employees (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless by such winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Sponsor. Participants agree that the decisions of the Sponsor related to this Sweepstakes and all drawings are final. By participating in Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Requests for Official Rules must be received no later than November 10, 2008. VT residents may omit postage.

Winner’s Names: The names of the winners may be obtained after December 15, 2008, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to “AT&T SEC Mobile Text” Sweepstakes c/o Vibes Media, LLC, 205 W. Wacker Drive Suite 2300, Chicago, IL 60606.
